This interactive class allows the instructor and students to see and hear each other.
Students have the luxury of training from the comfort of their own space. This allows the instructor to give immediate feedback to the students, and the students to be able to ask questions at any time during the session.
All lessons are easy to follow along and allow students of all levels to challenge themselves from beginner to instructor level.
